This week we installed our first Hydrim G4 C61WDs, replacing two well-used C51WDs. Everything went smoothly and the customer was impressed by the ease of the record keeping, and as now it is automatically stored after each cycle on a central computer staff time is freed up for other tasks. Other comments by the staff included a favourable reaction to the solution system – a big improvement – reduced running noise and the absence of steam on cycle completion.
Connected directly to our office, we will know as soon as they do when a fault has occurred, and we can be ready to troubleshoot over the phone almost instantly if needed.
